After 15 years of growing my career in corporate (which I still love, by the way), with everything looking great ‘on paper’, I was feeling a pull for more. Like there was something else that I needed to be doing. During that time, I read alllll the books and listened to about a million podcasts. Podcasts opened up a whole new world for me, and what I learned from them was life-changing. What I realized through a lot of work to get clarity on what that pull for more was all about, is that I needed to start a podcast. I had no idea where to begin, or how it was all going to work out, but I knew I had to do it.
I wanted to impact and inspire as many women as possible to put THEIR gifts to work. To do more of what lights them up , and figure out ways to serve others doing it, because I believe that when you have the courage to step out of your comfort zone and own who you are and how you can use your gifts to serve others… that is where you find fulfillment in the work that you do.
I wanted to put my gifts to work on a greater scale.
